Wine Shipments: Since the United States Supreme Court reaffirmed its long standing position that state laws violate the Commerce Clause, many states have changed shipping laws. Some for the better and some not. Many of the states who have passed shipping laws require wineries to obtain licenses to ship into their states. For us to purchase so many licenses, plus incur the additional cost of paper work, tax compliance and monthly reports would be prohibitive. Therefore, Cuthills Vineyards ships wine via UPS or FedEx to: NE, NM, ID, OR,IA, WV, WI, DC, MN. (MN law requires phone orders only.) Shipments void where prohibited by state law. State laws are changing all the time and we will keep you updated.
