     From corporate retreats, fundraisers, anniversaries and Christmas parties to any event you want to make extra special, Cuthills Vineyards and it's lovely grounds provide a beautiful and timeless setting you and your guests  will remember forever.  The loft seats up to 80, and the grounds will accommodate several hundred.  

     We offer the option for you to bring in your own food or hire a caterer, our commercial kitchen is suitable for any event.  Cuthills Vineyards offers discounts on spectacular award-winning wines, and custom wine labels for your event.

      Cuthills Vineyards is first and foremost a producer of wines. We are glad to offer our facilities as an option for your special event or meeting, however, all production room equipment included in the barrel room and the fermentation room must not be disturbed. Any deviation from this will result in staff asking the entire group to leave. Any damages, loss of wine, etc. must also be reimbursed.

This is a smoke free facility.  Smoking is allowed outside.

All rooms subject to availability depending on harvest and production of wines.

A 50% deposit is required to book an event.

The balance plus tax is payable the day of the event.

     Rental Fees: For groups of 12 or more people, the loft or bandstand may be rented at $100 (per room) for up to 2 hours. $50 for each additional hour over 2 hours or any portion thereof.

Kitchen Rental: $100 up to 2 hours.  $50 for each additional hour over 2 hours or any portion of that hour.

     Rental Fee for The Grounds: 1 – 100 people – $400; $100 per hour charge over three hours or any portion thereof. 100 – 150 people – $450; $100 per hour charge over three hours or any portion thereof. 150 – 250 people $500; $100 per hour charge over three hours or any portion thereof.  Larger groups please inquire about price.

     Fee includes setup of any tables and chairs Cuthills Vineyards has on hand. Fees do not include wait-staff services. Items such at linens, coffee, tea, water, food, wine, etc., are not included in the fees. Arrangements may be made for each item at an additional fee.
