Meetings - Parties

From corporate retreats, fundraisers, anniversaries and Christmas parties to any event you want to make extra special, Cuthills Vineyards and it's lovely grounds provide a beautiful and timeless setting you and your guests will remember forever. The loft seats up to 80, and the grounds will accommodate several hundred.

We offer the option for you to bring in your own food or hire a caterer, our commercial kitchen is suitable for any event. Cuthills Vineyards offers discounts on spectacular award-winning wines, and custom wine labels for your event.

Commercial Kitchen

$100 for up to 2 hours or any portion thereof.  Any time over 2 hours is $50 for each additional hours or any portion thereof.  This includes clean up time.  Contracting party/catering services or other services (chairs, glasses, dishes, etc. providers) is/are responsible for clearing tables, kitchen area, etc and removing their food containers/items immediately following the event, unless other arrangements are made with Cuthills Vineyards.  Contracting party may hire any caterer of choice.

Wine Glass Rental

Wine glasses may be rented from Cuthills Vineyards for your function at 20 cents per glass.  Contracting party will reimburse Cuthills Vineyards $4.00 per glass for any wine glasses broken or missing.  As an option, the contracting party may bring in wine glasses at contracting party’s expense.

Cuthills Vineyards wine may be purchased prior to the function and up to the closing of the tasting room.  Your guests may also purchase wine by the glass or bottle from our tasting room or from the room you are renting during your function.

CV Wine Bar Staff

Up to 100 people: 1 CV Staff No Charge

101-200 people: 2 CV Staff $50/hour

201-300 people: 3 CV Staff $65/hour.  Additional people please ask for quote.

By law, no one under 21 may consume or taste alcoholic beverages, this includes wine.  For all functions, a Cuthills Vineyards staff member will serve all wine either from the Tasting Room or from the area you choose to rent.  Cuthills Vineayrds staff reserves the right to ask for ID from anyone they believe looks 30 or younger.  Cuthills Vineyards staff reserves the right to ask the entire pary to leave if anyone is caught consuming other alcohol or a minor is caught consuming wine or other alcohol.

Cancellations

Cuthills Vineyards cannot and will not be responsible for acts of God, weather, events called off, etc.  Contracting party will be responsible for all expenses incurred up to the day of and are non-refundable.

• This is a smoke free facility. Smoking is allowed outside.
• All rooms subject to availability depending on harvest and production of wines.
• A 50% deposit is required to book an event.
• The balance plus tax is payable the day of the event.

Rental Fees

For groups of 12 or more people, the loft or bandstand may be rented at $100 for up to 2 hours.  Any time over 2 hours is $50 for each additional hour or any portion thereof.  This includes time for tearing down decorations...people leaving, etc.  A 50% deposit is required.  Capacity: Loft - up to 80 people.

The facility closes at 10:00 pm for all functions.  Any time past 10 pm will be charged an extra $150 per hour or any portion of that hour. 

Rental Fee for The Grounds: 

Up to 100 people $450; $100/hour charge over 3 hours or any portion thereof.

101-150 people $500; $100/hour charge over 3 hours or any portion thereof.

151-250 people $600; $100/hour charge over 3 hours or any portion thereof.

251-300 people $700; $100/hour charge over 3 hours or any portion thereof.
