Pepper Meatloaf

 Recipe compliments of Rafter 7S

Primary Ingredient : Jellies and Glazes


 
  • One Pound Ground Beef
    • ½ Cup Oatmeal
    • ¾ Cup Tomato Juice
    • ½ Tsp. Salt
    • 1 Egg
    • 2 tbl. (more or less to taste) your favorite Rafter 7S pepper jelly or glaze.

Combine all in a bowl. Mix well. Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake 325° degrees for about 1 hour.
