Nebraska's First Winery

     In the rolling hills of northeast Nebraska you will find Cuthills Vineyards, located just three miles west of Pierce and north of Willow Creek State Recreation Area.  Cuthills Vineyards offers its visitors award-winning wines in a restored 1920s dairy barn surrounded by seven acres of vineyards.

     Cuthills Vineyards focuses on producing wines that pair well with food.  Our wines vary from dry to sweet.  Grapes grown in our vineyards include: deChaunac, Temparia, LaCrosse, Loralei, Brianna, Petite Amie, Concord and over six hundred experimental varieties.

     In 1998, Ed and Holly Swanson built on over thirty-one hundred square feet of production area.  The loft and grounds are available for workshops, weddings, anniversaries, bridal showers, etc.
