Our LaCrosse is dry and crisp with a light floral nose and a soft citrus palette that finishes long and mouth watering.

A nice dry white wine for those who like a dry Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.

Primordium Cellars opens up a new era in Nebraska's grape and wine legacy by releasing wines made entirely from grapes bred specifically for our unique climate. This wine is a blend of red hybrids from owner Ed Swanson's breeding program that are yet unnamed. It is represented by grapes from many backgrounds and this definitely shows itself in the finish.

Ed’s breeding program has melded classic European grapes with the fortitude and adaptability of our native vines, to give us the best of both worlds. Our Temparia is truly an example of combinations of its American Mother and its Spanish Father. Enjoy this bold new red with tomato based pasta dishes, spicy fare, lamb, grilled beef or ribs

This dry red has a big round middle that finishes long and smooth. Drink now or age up to two years. Alc. 13.2%

This wine is made from a light pressing of mostly Marechal Foch grapes with a bit of lightly pressed deChaunac. Our Poet’s series is dedicated to the memory and works of a distant relative, Robert Tannahill from Paisley, Scotland. Many of his poems live on today and his importance in Scotland’s history is emphasized in his inclusion in the Hall of Heroes in the William Wallace National Monument in Sterling, Scotland.

Charley Tannehill, a.k.a. Rattlesnake Charley is maybe the most colorful member of our family's past. Somewhere around 1886 Charley left his Nebraska home just before his 21st birthday and headed out across the prairie. Charley went from picking fruit in California to delivering mail by horseback, but his biggest adventure was to land a job with "Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show." This semi-dry red can be served slightly chilled or at a cool room temperature. Enjoy now or age up to 1 year past vintage date.

This semi-sweet red wine bridges the gap between reds and whites with its fresh, fruity flavors and mild tannins. This wine pairs well with BBQ, light pasta dishes, fish and soups. Alc. 12% Sorry not available with custom labels.

This wine is a delight with its smell of fresh roses and a finish of light Muscat and tropical flavors. Goes very well with salmon, and spicy dishes such as Mexican, Thai and Indian, as well as cheese. Alc. 11.5%

Made from 100% Nebraska grown red raspberries. Wonderful with chocolate, cheesecake, ice cream or all by itself. One sip is like biting into a handful of fresh raspberries. Serve at a cool room temperature or chilled as you like or make as a spritzer.
